GKSB Enterprises Inc. will specialize in the import and export of a variety of food products, such as confectionery, biscuits, cakes, chilled meat, and tea. The Canadian Subsidiary will import these products from Pakistan and distribute them to local retailers, supermarkets, department stores, restaurants, and banquet halls in Canada. Additionally, the Company will export these goods to Pakistan and several countries in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), including Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Mohammad Rabbani is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in financial management, commercial functions, sales, distribution, and supply chain management. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP) and currently serves as the Non-Executive Director at Dalda Foods (Pvt) Ltd.
Unilever Pakistan:
Commercial Function: Mohammad worked in financial management, management accounting, taxation, and financial accounting. He played a key role in decision-making, project feasibility, and coordinating between commercial, technical, and marketing teams.
Supply Chain: He managed global procurement of raw materials and ensured smooth logistics and port clearance across regions like Australia, Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
Customer Service: He oversaw outward logistics and provided essential support to the sales function to drive business growth.
Dalda Foods (Pvt) Ltd.:
Sales, Distribution & Trade Marketing: Under his leadership being the director, he manages a sales team of 200 individuals, through which company able to achieve 900% growth over 10 years—an exceptional accomplishment in the oil and fat sector. He is also responsible for managing the outbound logistics and distribution network of 400 distributors across 150,000 outlets nationwide, ensuring efficient product availability and strong customer relations across the country.

Jawaid Rabbani is an accomplished professional with over 24 years of experience in restaurant management, sales, and distribution across general and modern trade sectors. Based in Karachi, Pakistan, he holds an MBA in Finance and a Cost and Management Foundation Course. Jawaid has a proven track record in financial management, cost control and maximizing operational efficiency. In Year 2005, he established GK Foods, a cluster of various restaurants and run it successfully till disposed of in year 2010. Since then, he is working as Supply Chain & Human Resource Chief contributed massively to its overall massive growth through effective product distribution, identification of sales trends and running collaborated market campaigns. Jawaid is a results-driven strong leader with focus on profitability, market expansion, operational excellence, team development and adaptability to the dynamic business environments.

With experience in market penetration, cost reduction, and implementing modern technologies, he has proven expertise in leading complex business operations in diverse geographical regions.
